Terms of service

These terms are between you and MD Solutions (“we”, “us”), the maker of Visual Book & Series Studio (“the studio”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the studio.

1. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address; there is no password. Keep your email account secure, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You must be 18 or over.

2. Your work is yours

You own everything you write and everything you seal as canon. We claim no rights in your manuscript, your bible, your names or your worlds. You give us only the permission we need to store your work, show it back to you, and run the features you ask for (such as sending a chapter to an AI model when you press a button that says so).

Pictures generated for you belong to you as far as the law allows. AI-generated images may not qualify for copyright in some countries, and we make no promise that they do.

3. The AI only suggests

AI features read your manuscript and suggest facts, conflicts and pictures. They never change your canon: every suggestion waits for your approval. AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for what you approve and publish.

4. Plans, credits and payment

The Free plan covers one book. Paid plans and top-ups are described on the pricing page; prices include VAT. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel from Settings › Billing, which takes effect at the end of the current period. Monthly credits reset on renewal and do not roll over; top-up credits do not expire. Upgrading charges the new plan’s full price at once, starts a new month that day and adds its credits to what is left; nothing from the current month is credited back. Downgrading is free, refunds nothing and takes its price from the next renewal. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Plans and top-ups are not refunded once bought, which you confirm before paying; faults are put right as our refund policy says.

We may change prices or plans with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A change never takes credits you have already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the studio to break the law, to generate images of real people without their consent, to create sexual content involving minors, or to harass anyone. Do not try to break into other authors’ accounts or overload the service. We may suspend AI features or an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.

6. Availability and backups

We aim to keep the studio available but do not promise it will be. You can export your bible and manuscript at any time, and we recommend keeping your own copies. We keep backups of the service database for recovery, not as a substitute for your own.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using the studio at any time. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your data within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax or legal reasons (such as payment records). We may close accounts that have broken these terms, with notice where we reasonably can.

8. Liability

The studio is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data beyond what you could have exported, or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and we will email you about material changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
