Billing asks you to confirm, before you pay, that you want your credits straight away and that you understand plans and top-ups can’t be refunded once bought. Credits are digital content supplied as soon as you pay, so once you have agreed, the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply.
Cancel any time from Settings › Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep that period’s credits until then. A plan is not refunded once paid for, in whole or in part.
Switching to a bigger plan costs its full price at once and starts a new month that day; its credits are added to what you have, and nothing from the month you were in is credited back. Switching to a smaller plan costs nothing and refunds nothing: you keep that month’s credits, and the smaller plan’s price starts at your next renewal.
Top-ups are not refundable once bought. Their credits never expire, so they are yours to use.
If an AI job fails before the model runs, its credits come back automatically. If a picture or a reading is clearly broken (not just not to your taste), choose Report this result beside it. A person looks at every report and puts the credits back when the fault was ours. Taste is yours to decide: a result you do not like is not a fault.
